About Kevin

Kevin Wolsko grew up outside Chicago and studied at Northwestern University. He is the founder of ForwardThink, LLC, a Florida-based consulting firm built on one conviction: that the people inside your organization are the most powerful competitive lever you have. His career spans operational leadership roles, executive peer advisory work with some of the country's top CEO networks, and more than twenty years working alongside business leaders at every stage of growth.

Along the way he managed large teams, owned revenue targets, hired people and had the hard conversations, built the dashboards, and stood in front of rooms full of people who had seen every pitch. What he learned across all of it is the same lesson the best leaders eventually arrive at.
